5 /5 Melissa Medina: We have been working with April for about 4 years now and she is a great insurance agent. She responds to me quickly whenever I have a question. We have never had an issue with her service she is great and highly recommended. I give all my family her info.

1 /5 Mayra Reyes: Worst ever! I just received a collection notice a year after I cancelled my insurance with them. I cancelled after I received a bill with an additional $200 on it, when I asked April what the charges were for she said it was "additional serivice charges" and couldnt actually breakdown the bill. I asked her to cancell my policy before the next preumium was due, she neglected to do so apparently I now have a prorated amount in collection that she never informed me about. This was all after multiple issues with communication and costs. I would not recommed her to anyone I know.

1 /5 Mar Vegu: Stay away from this agent. Run as fast as you can. As I am writing this review, I am also on hold directly with Farmers because she has not been able to help. I have tried to contact her multiple times in the last two months regarding my auto policy and billing issues (Unauthorized changes on the policy and unexplicable huge amounts deducted from my bank account) and as of today she has not returned my emails and my phone calls. Be careful with her because she is good in the beginning to get you into buying a policy, after that she forgets about her customers completely. Needless to say, I am already in the process to move to another insurance company. I cannot take this anymore. It is not only frustrated but also waste of my valuable time and money. Enough is enough.
