Andrea’s customer service has been less than desirable over the last year. She is not responsive and does not communicate well. I sent her a request for follow up on a Monday, I sent a subsequent request the following day in which she acknowledged and said she’d get back to me, it’s Thursday with no response!! Unacceptable

Joss Rios I recently had the pleasure of working with Rachel at Free Way Insurance. Rachel made the insurance process a walk in the park. A. Rex Stonefield deserves all 5 stars. I had a relatively challenging situation which two other brokers and my efforts at dealing directly with carriers were unable to resolve. Spencer picked up immediately and settled it in one call resulting in a policy with the same level of coverate for literally one quarter of the price I was getting quoted elsewhere (even though some quotes were coming from the same carriers). And he did that job with kindness, professionalism and empathy. If youre looking for a local broker that cares and can actually get the job done, look no further.
