That’s when I first met Burt in person. He was warm, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made good recommendations about what he thought I should absolutely cover, what I didn’t need, and what I should consider. There was no ‘hard sell’ and I immediately knew I’d made the right decision. Over the years, Burt has proven himself to be consistently reliable, even when he was busy or out of the office, he would call me back if I was in a pinch, whether it be a minor fender bender or general advice when purchasing a car, new or used. He has really gone above and beyond when I’ve needed him (but I do try not to bother him unless it’s timely or otherwise important).
