5 /5 Sandra Chiao: I’ve known Burt for over 20 years. He was my parents’ insurance agent for years, and through them I had car insurance with him, before I bought my own house in 2024. That’s when I first met Burt in person. He was warm, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made good recommendations about what he thought I should absolutely cover, what I didn’t need, and what I should consider. There was no ‘hard sell’ and I immediately knew I’d made the right decision.
Over the years, Burt has proven himself to be consistently reliable, even when he was busy or out of the office, he would call me back if I was in a pinch, whether it be a minor fender bender or general advice when purchasing a car, new or used. He has really gone above and beyond when I’ve needed him (but I do try not to bother him unless it’s timely or otherwise important).
If you are looking for an agent that cares, Burt is the guy to call. Also, I love his staff. I’ve known Gail for the longest, but Felicia is also terrific. Everyone in the office is really nice and helpful.
