Nolan Encarnacion this review is related to how easy it was to cancel my policy. Customer service was understanding and made sure I had coverage before I cancelled by policy. I cancelled because of the rate increase because my Liberty Mutual policy in California was being transferred to Safeco. Im sure theyre fine as an insurance company, but this was an unfortunate situation where I needed to find a better policy.

Gina Biondi Jim Flynns office has always been most helpful even if I have a question about something other than my immediate account. Jeana, his assistant, is fabulous! I have been trying to get a claim which dates from 2023 satisfied. The hang-up isnt the insurance company but the contractor. Jims office has been most helpful in directing me to the right place to get answers to questions about this years-old claim. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs insurance, whether its homeowners or auto.
