She called, extremely polite, told me the reason for the call, and while I got my info ready she maintained a conversation that flowed naturally. I can tell she has a lot of charisma. Secondly, what needed to be done on my account happened extremely fast and she let me know the process. She should be the face of this company. 10/10 experience. Love her.
