1 /5 Jake Allen: After our long time Farmers Agent retired, we were switched to Paul Munly. His office is an absolute nightmare. They have lost payments, tried to double charge, and continually ask for pictures and copies of documents that weve already sent. They wont admit it, but Farmers is actively trying to get out of the auto insurance market in California, so the bad service seems intentional. It is unprofessional and unacceptable that they would let their intentionally bad auto service affect their home owners insurance. Theyve also decided to change payment practices with little notice (1 month) and say we are not eligible to continue the payment methods weve been using for 15 years. If you are looking for an insurance agent in CA right now, it is clearly a tough market, but I would recommend looking somewhere other than Paul Munly and Farmers Insurance.

Paul has also been most helpful to us to get any discounts available, too. They have both consistently provided the personal touch and great service you cant get from most insurance providers. Highly recommended.

I really appreciated the fact that he was forthright in telling me which coverage was appropriate and which was not rather than trying to sell me the farm. Paul has been a great agent who I can highly recommend. I plan to continue working with him for my insurance needs.
