5 /5 Jeff Hinman: Gloria has been my agent for over 35 years. The service I receive is consistently excellent. Recently my car was vandalized at an airport parking garage. The ignition switch was damaged, so the car needed to be towed. Gloria worked with me to find a nearby dealer to repair the damage and to get a claim started. This was done while we were on the phone, and she was on her computer in the office. The dealer helped me get the car towed and get a rental car.
