Katia Soriano If I could give them less than 1 star I would, I had an accident and they never answer the phone, I left them messages and never call me back. The worst insurance ever, I changed it as soon as I could.

Kaitlyn Williamson I would definitely not recommend Geico to anyone seeking recommendations for auto insurance. After spending an exorbitant amount of time on the phone with customer service, and being reassured by two different agents that my claim was fully covered, and the auto body shop having my husband’s car for nearly a week waiting to begin the work, Geico at the very last second informed me that my claim wouldn’t be covered. We’ve wasted so much time with the car sitting at the shop and so much time going back and forth with them on the phone, and they’ve been nothing short of a nightmare. I’m not sure what kind of business can get away with telling a customer TWICE that something is covered and then just randomly backing out at the last second but it’s certainly not one that I’ll continue giving my money to. Now I have the pleasure of spending the day searching for new auto insurance because this isn’t a matter of policy, it’s a matter of failing to deliver on a promise that was made by TWO different employees and a “manager” stepping in and reneging at the last second. This company is unreliable and dishonest, AT BEST.

JackEy Pinedo Amazing service, very personable and professional. This is a one stop shop, very convenient and saved time and having to drive around. I was able to get insurance for my car within my budget and the owner took time to explain to me the different coverages so that I was knowledgeable in what I purchased.

Octavius Blackwood Avoid This Agency! If I could give zero stars, I would. William W. White Insurance Agency took it upon themselves to initiate a commercial vehicle policy with Progressive Insurance without my authorization after Allstate informed me in October 2023 that they wouldn’t renew my policy in 2024. I had already secured coverage with Mercury on November 15, 2023, and even sent the agency an extra month’s payment. Now, for nearly a year, I’ve been harassed by Progressive Insurance and a collection agency (Caine & Weiner) over a policy I never agreed to. Despite reaching out to both Mr. and Mrs. White on March 27, 2025, I have yet to receive any response or effort from them to resolve this issue. I strongly advise against doing business with this agency. Their lack of communication and questionable practices have caused me unnecessary stress and financial trouble.

Alexei Kuchinsky I am very please with the service and pricing I have received from Slavsky Insurance Agency. I called many companies that advertise a ton on TV, radio, internet hoping on getting a better rate on my auto insurance. As a matter of fact, I had insurance with one of the biggest and well known insurance company at that time and simply called Slavsky because one of my colleges suggested to try them. I loved the fact that I actually learned something important- I did not have proper insurance coverage. And yes, I, as every other person, was shopping for the best price, but all other agents at those huge insurance companies never advised of the risk I take with my “cheap price”. He never explained to me what all the numbers meant the way agent at Slavsky did. Thank you for that. Very pleased.
