1 /5 Kimberly Ann: The WOMAN at this location is beyond DISRESPECTFUL (she said they only have her and the man staffed). I will 100% be CANCELING MY POLICY because of my visit. Ive only had a policy with the company for a month and this was my very first interaction with the employees in person. I called ahead of time to make a payment over the phone and was told I wouldnt get a transaction fee for in person so I go in person to be told I still have to pay and $18 transaction fee. I was being helped my the man but the WOMAN aka the banshee, kept chirping behind me and talking down to me, when I said I was going to Yelp about the situation she told me Id be putting her job in jeopardy bc its only them there and then proceeded to tell me that THEY DIDNT HAVE TO HELP ME AT ALL. The banshee kept interjecting as this is a small office I definitely felt cornered and attacked. I sincerely hope this woman does get reprimanded, Ill also being calling corporate for a more formal complaint.

Thank you for helping us with everything, including letting us know about the roadside assistance!! He even laughed at my girlfriends jokes (she’s not funny)! Jose goes above and beyond!
