For all These years I have felt like I have had some of the best service i could ask for. They have given me insurance for my business, travel trailers, auto, etc. I feel very well taken care of by the whole team and am extremely thankful for every one of the team members. They come highly recommended by me. And, on top of it all, I haven’t lived in Santa Cruz since 2012. But I still keep them as my insurance company. Because I love the service and it can’t be beat.

5 /5 M.R.R. Espinoza: Jerry and his team are the most efficient, courteous insurance agency I have worked with. We have had our business, vehicle and home insurance with them for over 10 years now. Almost every year, I request a meeting with Jerry to review insurance coverage. He is friendly, honest, really listens to our concerns and needs and recommends appropriate coverage. He has never tried to sell us something we dont need and in fact, will inform us if additional coverage does or doesnt make sense. At one point, we were interested in getting insurance in another state and he put in the extra time to try and connect us with an agent in that state. He even helped us out when we were checking out another insurance agency. He was not upset at all and took time to explain the differences between the coverage we had with him and what the other guys were offering. Needless to say, we stayed with him! We can always count on Jerry to help us in any way he can.

5 /5 Patrick ODonovan: Ive been with Jerrys office a while. Friendly business. Even though its Farmers, the office has that small-town family vibe. I have purchased a handful of different insurance vehicles for different issues, and I always felt taken care of. Recently had to tend to some things and Tenaya was especially helpful. Professional, helpful and fast. I told her what I was looking for; she had a quote in my email in less than ten minutes. I highly recommend this place.

5 /5 Jason Lombard: Jerry really spent the time to make sure that he presented all of the options when we reviewed my policy. Ive been burned by agents in the past, and was approaching this process with some skepticism. In the end, he ended up writing my renters, cars and life--and it still cost slightly less than before because of a package rate. I appreciate his attention to detail, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
