Alex Obispo Not a good choice , and I learned it the hard way. Just when I needed an urgent help in updating our store information, I cannot get help with any live person. And their AI support suck! Customers need to speak with a live person for christ sake. I used both the phone and chat to ask for support. Both had a messaging that their phone support and chat are closed when I am reaching out on the Thursday (7/10) at 2PM in Alabama. Common start working please. Your support should be opened monday - friday 8am to 5pm CST. This is the worst customer service I ever had with any insurance companies. For sure I will plan to move.

Sabrina Kummer Guadalupe was nothing but amazing. Spoke with her last year. Told her Id get back to her. Then life just happened. She didnt call or bug me not once. Few months pass and Im finally done procrastinating and gave her a text. She immediately pulled up my information and was ready to get to work. Lol. We found something that worked for me and she explained everything in full detail. Even when I asked a million questions. She didnt seem annoyed or anxious at all. Thanks girl. Appreciate you!!
