1 /5 Pedro: I prepaid for a 6 month policy and everything seemed great at first. On the last month, Ron (Agent Number: 121192) informed me that I needed to pay my premium or it would be canceled. When I asked why it needed to pay for the 6th month, he never responded. His message only read that National will cancel and not reinstate any canceled policies.I asked again for clarification and received no response. I later received a letter informing me of my canceled policy. My original policy was from July 28 - January 28. I received a refund amount equal to the premium of the last month. Also, Im writing this before January 28. If anyone can explain this, that would great.
