I started with this establishment back when I was 19 in 2007. Over the past decade I have insured two vehicles and have not had any problems. Upon extensive research I decided to cancel my policy and switch to a different company.
When it comes to canceling, I did as any normal person would which is call in. I was informed I can only cancel via email, which is fine. Im a patient individual, but three emails and no response back is poor customer service and no excuse. After not hearing back I decided to call again and was told I can only cancel in person, well the problem there is I now live 300+ miles away. I told the representative over the phone I was told different the time prior and she immediately knew who I was, might I mention no apology for the negligence in not replying back?
Its now been over a month and my policy still has not been properly canceled.
Michael Kocis, I dont know what kind of broker agency you run; however, in the new era understand one bad review can cost you thousands.
I expect my issue to be resolved sooner rather than later as I have spent enough time and effort getting this taken care.
I can only imagine what youve done to your customers throughout the years who may not have the same voice I have.
