Insurance is extremely challenging to navigate, but Stuart and Dale took so much care when helping us with our policies this year. We feel like we are in good hands and have breathed a sigh of relief knowing they are on our team. I highly recommend this company! They are the real deal and will handle your insurance needs professionally and with compassion.

I thought Id be able to figure out Medicare for myself and independent insurance for my wife and dependent daughter. But after facing numerous decisions and difficult to answer questions, I realized I really needed help. I should have gone straight to Firm Foundations at the beginning! I fully recommend this place. We worked with both Dale and Stewart. They are extremely welcoming and friendly and you can tell they are genuinely interesting in doing the very best for their clients. Most important, it is apparent they are fully knowledgeable about the everchanging details of health insurance and they have the sophisticated programs to analyze each persons personal needs to come up with solutions. After our first meeting, we called back several times and they were always eager to receive and answer our inquiries. For those who dont know (I wasnt sure), brokers like this dont cost anything to the customer. If you are looking for a health insurance broker, you can go to these folks with confidence.

Dale is so patient and has helped us in what seems to us to be a complex situation. We were confused and overwhelmed with the options that were initially given to us, so we were in need of guidance. My wifes boss uses Firm Foundations for their services and they highly ecommended that we call them. We set up a meeting with Dale Penny, and it did not take long for him to put our minds at ease. Dale was attentive to our specific needs and got us the best coverage at a great cost, and he did most all the set up for us and was available for any questions we had over the next several months. Now it has been a year and a half using this Firm and both Dale and Stuart are readly available to assist us with our changing needs for Healthcare. Just recently we had to submit documents to the system, which these guys handled for us, and were even communicating with us on the weekend just to make sure we were taken care of. This team at Firm Foundations is very professional, friendly, and really knows the business. We definitely would recommends them to our family and friends.

Also his help was invaluable in selecting my supplemental insurance. I felt overwhelmed with the process but with his guidance I am now insured for this next faze of my life. I am also appreciative of the front office staff for their friendly and helpfulness when I would call in.
