Amy Clark I was referred to Western Mutual Ins. from a family member. I quickly called and Javier answered. It is rare to get to a person so quickly that handles your needs from start to finish and with such efficiency too. Within hours I had an estimate of insurance coverage and after I reviewed the estimate I called Javier the next day to go over a few details. He called me back within the hour, answered my questions and then was available just as quickly for my lender to confirm that the coverage was in place when they called him. I am very happy with Javier and the service I received from Western Mutual Insurance Group. Tim We have an earthquake insurance with Arrowhead and have had good experiences with the company reps. When we did a retrofit they first wouldnt allow for a discount because we couldnt prove according to their clauses that the whole house was retrofitted. But when I showed the city permit they approved it anyway. So finally a company who can read between the lines of their own policy.
