1 /5 Lizbeth Figueroa: We have all of our insurance policies with this office sweet people however called to request information as to why my premium had increased, I received a call a week later at 4:59pm on a Friday. I missed the call however Michelle (agent) left a voicemail, I figured since it was a Friday and they closed at 5pm, I’d check back in on Monday, (me also being nice). I called on Monday spoke to their receptionist she was really sweet and professional. She stated Michelle would give me a call after 12 noon to answer any questions I had regarding the increase in my premium. Michelle called me and when she called I right away asked her to call the primary policy holder to explain the increase in the premium she proceeded to state, “I am sorry I don’t chase down customers, I have a lot of other customers ahead of you” those were her exact words, I said “I’m sorry?” giving her the opportunity to reflect on what she said and her response was “Yes I can’t be chasing down customers, if she has questions she can call me”. I found this agent very rude and unprofessional. She took longer being rude, than if she just hung up and call the primary policy holder. If she called then it would mean she had carved out the time to talk to us. If you had other customers ahead of us then why call? Michelle that attitude wont get you far. I found this quite rude considering we’ve been long time customers. She has to go, or needs better customer service training. Michelle- when you choose to be in a customer service position, handle yourself with grace and a positive attitude.
