Courtney Gray I just have to say that Bill Murphy Ins. has the best agent/broker I have ever worked with! My husband and I struck out trying to get an old vessel insured but Natalie put multiple weeks of effort into applying to what felt like every vessel insurance option there is. She gave daily updates, sent applications in on our behalf 100% of the time, and spent hours googling options for us. It was really just the best experience I have had, you could tell she was truly rooting for us. We have been working with countless other brokers for this task and none of them compare to the effort and care she has provided. I am seriously considering moving all of our other policies over to them because of how amazing she is. Thanks so much Natalie!

Jen K We have been clients of this insurance agency well before it was acquired by the current owner/manager Karol Payne. We have good records and did not have to deal with her before. However, we were recently rear ended by no fault of our own. During the claims process we received little to no support as clients of Karol and her team. We were left to deal with the other insurance company on our own. Due to this lack of support and misinformation directly from Karol and this agency we are now personally responsible for nearly $1000 in costs as a result of being rear ended! If you are looking for an insurance agent that is going to look after your best interests, you are not going to find one here. Karol refused to take any responsibility for what happened and even told us that if she were in our position she would be looking for another agent as well. There are many people and places to get insurance from and I would recommend you look elsewhere for yours.

Elliott Nebenzahl Les Adler, Crystal and others have been great with me and my family. We have been customers for many years. We have never had a question asked that was not answered in a totally clear and professional way. I remember quite a while back; when Crystal and others would send me envelopes addressed to their local office. This was because I found it more convenient to mail paid bills to them, rather than some office in Texas. This is just one of the many examples where they went quite a bit out of their way to help us. Also, relatively recently, I added California Earthquake Authority to my regular homeowner’s policy. The female employee there that helped me do that, did it in a very efficient and crystal clear way. I was very thankful for that. I switched my earthquake policy over from GeoVera.
