2 /5 Mark Perlson: I had a homeowners policy for my vacation home with them. Last year they forgot to renew, but it was easily resolved. This year they didnt tell me they got a non-renewal, then again forgot to tell me that it had lapsed. I reached out to them to find out that I had been without any insurance for 3 weeks, and they had known about it for ~2 months without telling me. They assured me they would resolve it that day, but never called me back with a quote. Needless to say, Im with a different agent at this point.

5 /5 Courtney Gray: I just have to say that Bill Murphy Ins. has the best agent/broker I have ever worked with! My husband and I struck out trying to get an old vessel insured but Natalie put multiple weeks of effort into applying to what felt like every vessel insurance option there is. She gave daily updates, sent applications in on our behalf 100% of the time, and spent hours googling options for us. It was really just the best experience I have had, you could tell she was truly rooting for us. We have been working with countless other brokers for this task and none of them compare to the effort and care she has provided. I am seriously considering moving all of our other policies over to them because of how amazing she is. Thanks so much Natalie!

5 /5 Jill Proctor: Have used this agency for 12+ years. They found policies for us when other people were all saying they couldnt get a policy. Ive never waited more than a day if Ive left a message that needed as attention.

1 /5 Eman Isadiar: Called to request a quote for homeowners and auto coverage -- a business package most agents would LOVE to have. My call was made on a Tuesday, and I was told I would hear back within a couple of days. Crickets. The following week, I called again. They said, "Sorry, been busy, Ill get it out to you by tomorrow." Nothing. More than two weeks later, I called again and was told I would hear back that afternoon. Still nothing. In the age of computers and instant quotes, these people are obviously highly incompetent if they cannot calculate premiums in more than two weeks. What a disappointment. Consumers, beware.

1 /5 Dr. Thomas Potigian: Terrible customer service. Attempting to get a cert of insurance and after a week & 4 phone calls. Joe Murphy said he would send it . After 6 days never received. I AM DROPPING THIS INSURANCE
