5 /5 Endy Espinoza: Willow St insurance has been such a great business for the community of Mountain View. I worked with a non-profit in the area and referred various clients for services. They all have said the same things: professional, amazing, efficient, wonderful..... the list goes on. On my end, interacting with Jessica and her team has been nothing short of top-tier quality service. I always hear back in a timely manner, provide great prices, and have patience to work with me and my clients. I really recommend coming in to get your insurance and DMV needs here. They wont let you down and are the best

1 /5 Niki A: Please read for an unbiased review: I came to Jessica because of all the five star reviews only to be disappointed. I love supporting women owned businesses but sadly I need to write this review for people to be aware of my experience. I bought a new car early February and went in for a quote. Jessica let me know that they have a great deal with progressive but are only allowed two policies per month and they have already filled it up. So I came back again on March 1st and was excited to start the process. I completed all the paperwork paid 6 months in advance for the policy and she said she would let me know progressive’s response. I didn’t hear back from her so followed up multiple times to finally get an answer that progressive needed more documentation. This back and forth went on for over a month without an end in sight. Without my constant follow ups I would not get the answers. It got to a point that I called in to double check my documents were sent only to hear from her colleague that they hadn’t because the file size was too big and it was stuck in her outbox. Until a week ago she sends me an email that she will refund my prepayment because we have to start the entire process again because it’s taken too long… wild. Cherry on top, I had lost my drivers license only to find out she had had it the whole time we were communicating but didn’t once let me know that she did until I visited in person. The only time she was on time is when I called and said I’m disputing the charge, in which she created unexpected hurdles that it wasn’t possible immediately at first… then offered a check which I declined and then miraculously her boss was able to refund me instantly. At the end I realized that the deal she had provided me was not really a deal. I called progressive directly and got a quote for the same if not better coverage at an even lower price than she had provided. And finished the process in 30 minutes. Pretty awful… and unfortunate. I hope this causes her and her team to care more about people.

5 /5 Juan x Ceron: I bought my first car two weeks ago, I needed insurance and was having a REALLY difficult time with other agents, I came to willow Street and met Jessica. She is the absolute! She will be honest, quick and kind. I left with a policy that worked for me and it was less than thirty minutes. Thanks a million Jessica!!!

5 /5 Marlen Cigarrero: Had a wonderful first experience here at Willow Street insurance agency. There was virtually no wait involved, and Jessica was very helpful throughout the whole process. I have never gone aread and registered a car to my name so I was a bit nervous about what the whole process entailed. Jessica was super helpful and walked me through it, she made the process quick and simple. I will definitely be coming back and will be referring people to this establishment! :) very satisfied !
