I recognized his voice from a previous call, and once again, he was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. His consistent professionalism and warmth truly made my day. I greatly appreciate high-quality customer service, and Kevin exceeds that standard. Additionally, I’ve never encountered any issues with billing or coverage transfers with this company. It’s always easy to reach a representative by phone, which is something I truly value. Thank you for maintaining such a high level of service.

1 /5 Michael Klaman: I tried cancelling my rental insurance back in June of 2024 however I have still been charged monthly. I recently tried to call again to cancel and was told I never made an attempt to cancel in the past and was requested to provide proof of my new insurance policy with another company to receive any refund. I submitted the proof they requested, I still have not gotten my refund for the months I was charged after requesting a cancellation. I would not recommend this company.

1 /5 sandeep reddy: DO NOT BUY INTO THIS SCAM. I have this rental insurance for about 3 years now and a package that was left in my car was stolen. I have filed for a claim along with a police complaint and the contents of the package. They denied to pay me as the contents in the package were car parts. They said they would only consider the claim if they were not car parts installed or not. Why would they pay for some and not the other. That is a pretty neat trick they have under their sleeve to not pay their customers.

1 /5 Alberta Bell: I recently got Renters insurance for my new apartment, however realized they took the entire bill when I selected monthly payments, so I called and spoke with a representative I wrote her name down however I dont have it now. I informed her that I was out of town and needed my money put back into my account. She stated to me it would take 3 to 5 days, (of which I feel is not fair) they take it out right away, so why should I have to wait for my money back, needless to say I waited 5 business days and no money deposited, so I called back to find there was some weird hookup in the system that didnt deposit my money back into my account after waiting 5 business days, so I had to wait additional 2 days. There was no apology. They care nothing about your livelihood, just getting money.

2 /5 Camilla Morris: It takes zero time to get a policy and zero time for them to take your money. But when its time to cancel the policy, now you cant log into your account. It will say, "your password as expired" over and over again. Then itll tell you you security question is wrong. All in order to keep your account open. Get rental insurance through your car insurance. Leave companies like this alone!
