Excellent customer service is always just a phone call away or text message and responds right away or if busy responds in a timely manner. Had a car issue on a weekend and called Tony to figure out my options with a tow truck and he was so helpful and got us the help we needed. Andrew Eastham Mike Smith took over when my State Farm agent of many years retired. He and his staff have been helpful and friendly. Yvonne Gray in particular went above and beyond by personally photographing the roof of my house in S.L.O. when that was necessary to address concerns and I was out of state and unable to do so.

Steven Leibold I work with David Jacobson who provides me with numerous policies for my tax and bookkeeping service. We opted to offer a new service and was offered insurance by another carrier that covers this type of work. We asked our current E&O policy who originally said to "file a claim and well let you know" to a definitive decision of no we will not cover. David Jacobson then immediately started searching for a replacement E&O provider that will not only cover our existing services but this new service we will be adding shortly. I appreciate how hard he works to find the best for his clients.
