A more current example: I wrote to her yesterday — after hours — to ask how to temporarily add someone to my auto policy. I figured Id hear back within a day, but Sylvia replied within eight minutes, explaining that I am covered by the permissive use clause in my policy. Being able to communicate with REAL PEOPLE was the primary reason I switched to State Farm. Once again, Sylvia has validated my decision.
