5 /5 Katharine Naqvi: I originally was not planning to go with the quote provided by Old Harbor Insurance Service because I found a cheaper one elsewhere. However, the cheaper quote pulled out at the very last minute because of past insurance claims from previous owners. Old Harbor identified these claims from the beginning, disclosed them to me, and so the policy they quoted had already taken the history under consideration. More than that, the people working at Old Harbor have been extremely friendly and exceptionally responsive. Both with me and with my escrow company. Although I did find cheaper quotes elsewhere, I chose to stick with Old Harbor because of their availability, thoroughness, and personal touch. I figured the few hundred extra was worth knowing I had a good team to call on for my insurance needs. I hope to stick with Old Harbor for a while. Thanks, Old Harbor!

5 /5 Jeff Johnson: I contacted Angela Zahn to inquire about changing insurance to Old Harbor, and she responded immediately to my initial inquiry and created an insurance plan that is comprehensive for me and my family. When I asked her to adjust things, she did so immediately (she emailed me back within minutes!). She is clearly knowledgeable about insurance, and (more important for me) she is clear and thorough with her answers. In every email/conversation, Angela listened to what I needed and then answered the questions completely. And, as if that werent enough, the price she was able to get for me was hundreds of dollars lower than the next best quote Id gotten elsewhere! Thank you, Angela!
