B Moran I worked with John Peakes Insurance Agency when I moved back to CA in 2011. For reasons of convenience and "life" I changed to another agency at one point. No issues, just circumstances. I just reached back out to my "old agent" who is now a manager and greeted me as if she had spoken with me last week. We picked up where we left off years ago. The overall customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, follow up and commitment was fabulous! Thank you Talia for being wonderful "back then" and just as wonderful today!
