5 /5 B Moran: I worked with John Peakes Insurance Agency when I moved back to CA in 2011. For reasons of convenience and "life" I changed to another agency at one point. No issues, just circumstances. I just reached back out to my "old agent" who is now a manager and greeted me as if she had spoken with me last week. We picked up where we left off years ago. The overall customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, follow up and commitment was fabulous! Thank you Talia for being wonderful "back then" and just as wonderful today!

I carefully research such decisions, and choosing this agency was definitely the right decision to make. The staff there are very dedicated to their careers, and they politely take their time to answer your questions. They are obviously very knowledgeable about finding the best vehicle insurance to suit your needs. If any problems arise, you can feel confident that they will help you resolve it. The friendly professional nature of the staff in their office makes me feel that I am not just another client but also a human being that may need help sometimes without trying to financially gouge me every time, and I very much APPRECIATE this aspect. I could sit here typing this review going on and on about how nice they are. I am definitely left with a strong satisfied assurance about getting coverage through the John Peakes Insurance Agency. During the times we live in, it has been refreshing to me to meet such nice people willing to help. I want to stay on as one of their insured, and I am confident that for any of my insurance needs changing in the future that they will help me with this also. After finding out that my old policy with another company was no longer eligible for renewal, I searched and searched for a carrier that would work with my unique business, and was left completely frustrated by the lack of response by other companies. Thankfully I found Peakes Insurance Agency! I worked with Patty & Brian, and they were a complete dream team. They were professional & kind, quick to respond, and kept me informed as the process moved along. In the end they were able to find a policy that worked for my business at a fair price. Highly recommend doing business with them!
