Kimberly Sims Office was closed when I stopped by, but Ben, who was on site, very graciously sat down with me and took the time to answer all my initial questions. I subsequently received a lightning-fast email follow-up connecting me to Michelle, the specialist agent for the particular policy required. Due to the holiday, Michelle was also working from a "closed" office, but immediately followed up with application forms, and took the time to answer additional question in a long phone conversation. She is also extremely knowledgable and delightfully personable. Thank you Ben and Michelle for an exceptional experience.

Helpful staff. 5min wait, filled 1 form. 15min to issue IDP, including getting picture getting taken and printed. 20$fee and you just have to show your US driving license. Its faster if you bring 2 passport photos of yourself. Total time taken about 25 min.
