Within a couple of hours he came to our home to check it and dial in exactly the coverage we needed. We were very comfortable with him as well as our decision to cancel our coverage thru another company that we had been with for about 25 years.

Jocelyn Rodriguez Great place. The only con is the wait time which can range from 10 - 20 minutes as they appear to be understaffed so be sure to reserve a day where you have enough time to go. As well as reserve the phone calls only for quick questions since further inquiries would count as actual sit-down services and they can only do so much over the phone. The service itself is excellent! The two young women are bilingual, knowledgeable, great at explaining and breaking down things clearly which is perfect for those with first-time car ownership. And it is affordable! Recommended.

DA Buck Barbara is fantastic! Love her to death. She has insured ALL my cars over the past 30 years way back with Mary Lou and Josie! She goes above and beyond to help you whether it is a new or existing policy or a claim. I trust her wholeheartedly and State Farm has never let me down! Thank You Barbara!
