1 /5 Brenda Lopez: I transferred my policy to Mr. Sue’s office and requested a new policy quote since mine was expiring. After one email exchange he stopped responding and did not provide a quote. It was very unprofessional, I would recommend looking elsewhere and finding an agent who cares about his clients. Edit: I included the only email response I received from Mr. Sue. Contrary to Mr. Sues response below he did not request additional information. I also included his initial response to my review in case he decides to edit or delete it after lying about his email response.
