1 /5 Tbella Tashalonia: This is a shady, shady company! They are not forthcoming with their fees. I spoke with somebody by the name of Natalie who misrepresented what my charges were. She knows that she did this. She had full text conversations stating that she was going to have manager reach out to me to refund the $ 100 fee that I did not authorize which she never did. I had to go into the office for some sort of resolution. They stated they would look into it I have another representative reach out to me. She did call me and asked me to email her the text message correspondence for proof. She was supposed to get back to me as well and never did. I have been with this company for many years and it’s always some sort of issue with them. They are deceitful and the service is Trash! I would not recommend going through this company because they will lie to your face and make promises they can’t keep and then will give you the runaround, and when you provide proof of the deception, they will refuse to make it right. What a terrible way to treat a customer who has been with them for so many years.m, even through their many transitions. I would recommend any other place other than this particular company. The main insurance company National General insurance is great insurance, but this broker is the absolute worst.

Christy along with her colleague helped us find a way to let my spouse and daughter speak for me in the insurance office as well as with the insurance company since cancer destroyed my ability to speak for the rest of my life.
