Nancy Eichhorn I was searching for auto insurance quotes because my current company sent a renewal notice with a sky-high fee. I called Ken Schuurmans office and talked at length with "Tabatha". She was articulate, detailed, informative, and supportive. She wasnt trying to "sell" a product. She helped me understand the different categories included in all auto insurance plans, in terms of what they entailed and why they were or were not necessary for my aging car (over 185,000 miles). She followed up with an email, so I had paper copies to continue my comparison shopping, albeit better informed than when I began. She returned my call the next day to discuss options further, never putting pressure on me to buy her product. L.A. Dave Went in for passport photos. Took a total of 10 minutes in and out and less than $11 including tax. I’ve handled registration issues, auto insurance etc. everything is always professional. I appreciate this service rather than having g to go to the DMV! Lots of parking at the Vista location for handicap and regular customers. All services went well even during the remodeling in July 2025.
