I get a call every year when my home policy renews to do a review of my coverages from Shawn personally as well as every six months on my auto policy. Shawn has always made sure I am insured appropriately and that my premiums are at a minimum. I have sent all my friends and family to Shawn.
Cathy Morris I was greeted nicely when I entered the lobby. There were about a half of a dozen or more people ahead of me and was told I had a twenty minute wait. I was called within ten minutes, the woman who took my information was very nice, professional personable and knowledgeable. She got me out of there in a timely manner. I would go back to them again if I am in that area and need to use their services.

He was very happy that Sam the owner gave him all the info he needed for Medicare even though we would not need it for several years. That was the great part, Sam took the time to help my husband even though Sam knew he couldnt get his business for several years as this info was to be used for a projection in our upcoming retirement. Alex Obispo Not a good choice , and I learned it the hard way. Just when I needed an urgent help in updating our store information, I cannot get help with any live person. And their AI support suck! Customers need to speak with a live person for christ sake. I used both the phone and chat to ask for support. Both had a messaging that their phone support and chat are closed when I am reaching out on the Thursday (7/10) at 2PM in Alabama. Common start working please. Your support should be opened monday - friday 8am to 5pm CST. This is the worst customer service I ever had with any insurance companies. For sure I will plan to move.
