5 /5 Debra Nau: I stopped in here in the fall of 2023 for advice on a Medicare plan. Being new to California and to Medicare, I was completely confused. I had an appointment and was interviewed as to what I needed as far as my medical needs. A little research was done on the computer by Jeremy and a brochure was pulled out and presented to me. Trusting him completely, I signed up for that plan and its been the best medical plan that Ive had in years. Being so disillusioned, this really gave me the warm and fuzzies.
