As soon as I identified myself, Jeanette knew the answer to my question before I even asked it. She explained that Genesis had taken the time to check my odometer reading with me which led to an adjustment of my semi annual premium. It was so pleasant dealing with competent people who care about the customer. I would not hesitate to recommend this office for your insurance needs!
