I expressed my frustration from being put on hold numerous times yesterday and everyone just transferring me back and forth and not helping me and she kept calm and stayed with me every step of the way. Even though she was having difficulty with the system, she didn’t make an excuse to get off the phone and even stayed on it with me to make sure I received the document I needed. She deserves a raise!! Huge thank you to Rebecca for going above and beyond to help me today.

You less insurance in my city of Vallejo and I thought Im going to call them and it was the best decision I could have made. They shopped around for the best rates.
