I spoke to Marie and she went over things in language I could understand. In terms that made sense to me. I had to ask her to repeat or explain more than once and she was patient with me. She is very knowledgeable and answered my questions, listened to me and helped me understand those numbers I one feared. I just wanted to post a review because if you get insurance "anxiety", Marie is there to help. She is calm and patient. I had an excellent experience and know who to call with questions.
