I like that you can do DMV services here as well, makes doing DMV stuff a lot less worse.

Abigail With the recent inflation and increased cost of life throughout California and the United States of America, I am pleased that Farmers Insurance cares for its customers/clients. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Liz via phone to help reduce the amount I am paying for my Auto and Renter Insurance (sidenote: Farmers no longer offers renters insurance). I have been with Ryan Turner since I started my insurance journey, and they have taken care of me since then. I am grateful to be a farmers member. Shoutout to Liz (@Ryan, give her a raise) because she was patient with me, kind, understanding, and shared the reality of the current economy. Nancy Eichhorn I was searching for auto insurance quotes because my current company sent a renewal notice with a sky-high fee. I called Ken Schuurmans office and talked at length with "Tabatha". She was articulate, detailed, informative, and supportive. She wasnt trying to "sell" a product. She helped me understand the different categories included in all auto insurance plans, in terms of what they entailed and why they were or were not necessary for my aging car (over 185,000 miles). She followed up with an email, so I had paper copies to continue my comparison shopping, albeit better informed than when I began. She returned my call the next day to discuss options further, never putting pressure on me to buy her product.
