Travis Donselman I received exceptional customer service from Matt and Tammy last month. Matt was very patient and courteous, working hard to make sure I got everything done in the best way possible, while Tammy used her expertise to inform me of the options that were best for me. I came in to have a family member removed from the title and another person added. I was worried about paying taxes since I was adding a non-family member but Tammy explained to me that there was a gift exception that would exempt me from taxes. Also, I didnt know whether to do "and" or "or" joint ownership of the vehicle, but Tammy was able to explain the differences to me and advise me on which one matched what I wanted. Matt for his part was extemely courteous, offering us water and makingthe process as easy as possible while pointing out things I might want to take care of while i was already there. What I liked best was that I had Matts complete attention and that he was focused on giving me the best service possible rather than getting to the next member or getting home. I recommend this location to everyone!

Tom Bethmann I reached out to Number 1 on a reference from another insurance company… I was told to ask for Daisy. She was “Johnny on the Spot” told her my home owners insurance shot through the roof, and she immediately started to review options. After saving me over half the renewal I asked her about auto and she was also able to better my policy there. I greatly appreciate her work and deductions to customer service. Julie Ellis Ive been using this company for years because they ALWAYS give me the best rate! Ive done my homework and not only do they have an A+ rating with the BBB but they have superior customer service. Like I said Ive been with this company for quite awhile ...at least 12 years because they actually take their time and review with me my best options and several times they found deals i qualify for because of my profession. Btw, I started using them because they were close to my job as temporary insurance but I found they usually beat the rates my job site offered and thats pretty good. I tried other companies but too many ripoff and upsells. I love the manager here. She lets me know upfront if she scans and finds a better deal for me. The workers are VERY efficient and well trained to do the same. I dont usually write reviews but these people are great at saving me bucks!!! I probably owe them a nice Christmas gift this year for all the money they saved me, lol!
