Mikes office is pretty diligent and on top of any claims which are made and are very prompt with following up and keep it clear line of communication between us and them. Mike also takes the time to advise you around ways you could potentially save via bundling different insurance products and also how you could save some money on individual policies. We have a bunch of policies with Mike and feel super comfortable with what we are paying versus the amount of insurance we get. Mike is a real professional and you wont go wrong with him.

4 /5 Richard Ahrens: Ive been with Mikes agency for probably 20 years now, though Im not sure Ive ever really met the guy. His office staff is always helpful when you call. One thing I did when I was an agent was perform annual check-ins or reviews to make sure my customers were up to date. Luckily, insurance is never far from mind because I was a licensed agent, but for most people, a check-in would be great and add that next level of customer service.
