mike I would say Rebecca is one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoke with she hung up on me and must had a bad cup of coffee avoid her! Also spoke with Susan Almadova who is supposed to be the top supervisor and she had no interest in getting me the help I need very poor and disappointed this morning!

I have been especially pleased with my agent, Janelle Borg, who is dedicated to providing top service. I recommend very highly her in particular and this group in general.

She was extremely helpful assisting me with the entire process and so kind when I was asking questions to ease the transition of coverage. Socal909 YZ Ive been trying to reach Crump & Davis since May of 2020. Im trying to get a refund for a policy that I renewed with a different company and crump & davis did not return my refund. If you call the number it just tells you the mailbox is full. this has been acceptable for a insurance company do not be responsive
