5 /5 Makenzie Lewis: Platinum 1 is by far the BEST insurance company I have come by. They really do care about their clients and truly care about what’s in the customers best interest. If you’re looking for a new insurance company, I highly recommend calling Jessica Daniels at Platinum 1! Not only is she so kind and caring about her clients, but she is always very professional, responsive, and her customer service is unbeatable. Jessica was extremely thorough, and made sure that all my questions were answered clearly and understandably. I have no doubt that all of my insurance needs are in the best hands possible. Thank you Jessica and the Platinum 1 team for such a wonderful experience!

A few months ago my car was totaled and the total loss department was a complete nightmare but anytime I needed help or information Jesse replied right away and was so amazing!! If you want to be in good hands, ask for Maggie, shes the most wonderful insurance agent Ive ever had to deal with! She made me feel so comfortable and confident about all my insurance needs. 1 /5 S. Nily “Neli”: I have been with platinum 1 insurance for many years. As a client for many years I felt lied to and deceived by Jessica. She cost me a lot of money without my consent or knowledge until it was too late. She did not notify me of changes that were made to my policy and the worst part is that she didn’t even take any responsibility for the fact she had made a mistake. I tried reaching out to Joseph many times to meet in person to try and solve the issue, but he didn’t want to meet once, just gave me excuses as to why it’s my problem not theirs. Apparently even when your account is on autopay and you TRUST your agent, if any changes are made you won’t get notified and you’ll be paying more without knowing. I would NOT recommend this agency to anyone if you want an agent that will be straight with you.

5 /5 M Q: Ive been working with platinum 1 insurance and specifically Joey for about a year now. As crazy as it sounds these guys legit save me 7k a year on my exotics thats I have Insuranced with them. Customer service has also been outstanding, all my questions and concerns are addressed and solved immediately, they try to save you money on every policy and will go out of their way to do it. I highly recommend working platinum 1.
