Megan makes you feel valued as a customer and truly cares in the level of service she provides. I feel valued as a State Farm customer again based on how I’ve been treated so far. Cheryl Suchomel Priscilla is hands down one of the insurance agents! After just a few minutes of conversation, I felt like we were best friends! She is very knowledgeable when it comes to all things insurance! I never felt pressured to switch my insurance, but she so thorough in her review of my policies and even gave me pointers on my current insurance with Nationwide! I had only asked for a home quote, but I appreciated all the guidance she provided me that I decided I wanted her as my agent for all my insurance! If you call her you will see you will want her as your agent also!!

Laura ORourke Our agent, Chris Schab, was very helpful and very patient as I compared different coverage rates for our cars as well as a new umbrella policy between our prior insurance carrier and Allstate. He offered competitive rates that we couldn’t pass up and is easy to get ahold of when needed.

Emerald Malijan - ONeill very disappointed with Margret Ann Johnson the agent who was a referral to me and my husband from a very good friend of mine. After getting my husband approved. (pushy and was calling only when it was good for her) I needed some help with my own life insurance getting approved and she was very un responsive. Ive left several messages to her Main line in the Antioch office, emails, voicemails no respond from anyone. Very poor value and not professional at all. I had to go with someone else in the Benicia Primerica Office to have him help me with blood work for the approval and also helped me with my parents life insurance. Do not deal with Margret Ann Johnson and her branch in Antioch. P.S someone needs to tell her to pause sometimes when speaking instead of saying "ums".
