Gerald Allgood Not happy with personal homeowners service and turnaround time. Did not get that friendly feel when dealing with staff. Moved my policy elsewhere for ease of service through another local agency.

Overby Marine We have done business with Belter for many years and have always had excellent customer service. Very attentive to our individual needs. This is not a generic insurance office! Not only do they talk the talk of Boating Insurance, but they also are boaters and outdoor enthusiasts that can relate to us on a more personal level.
