chandalier brown-burke I lived at apt 1407 1/2 Whitley ave. in Corcoran Ca, for 11 months. Don Huskett was the owner of the apt. I didnt have any problems what so ever with the rental. it was nicely cleaned before I moved in, Don was willing to work with me when i had a change of jobs; he worked with me if i was to have finance problems. Even when it came time for me to move out he had a busy schedule, and i was moving to Washington. It takes a really good person to think of others. As in putting money in my pocket for another deposit for a new place. So his mother and sister took a look a day before I left out of state. They paid me half then when he took a look himself he paid my mom the other half. This was my first rental and if I ever moved anywhere he managed I would defiantly rent from him again!
