Jimmy Sliwicki I just would love people to know in this day and age who ever heard the customer care comes first. I just want to say this Farmers in Alpine looks after you and your best interest. I recently moved out of Alpine to a new state and didn’t realize my insurance was paid by my escrow company. As with all the confusion and closing costs I missed it. But Randy contacted me and by the way am no longer a customer in my new state, that my escrow company paid and I am due a refund check. Hello what a great surprise, he didn’t have to do that because I’m no longer a customer. But these guys are here to really help the people of East County and I highly recommend anyone looking to insure anything they hold of value. Please consider them I will forever be grateful. Ronn Olson Telephoned Chuck about a letter from corporate headquarters apparently that my next year‘s homeowners policy would be canceled. He immediately had his office “” Solidad““ get on it. Within a week my policy is back on board. Can’t thank them enough for their promptness and thoroughness.

jamie redmon Being inundated with Medicare mailings and calls and emails for MONTHS, I was so confused as to what to do! It literally kept me awake at nite, wondering what the right plan was and being on a VERY limited income made it worse. Then David stepped into my world of Medicare , or rather I should say, flew in with a Superman cape on and took all my concerns and addressed each one. He was patient, kind and caring. I have recommended him to everyone who is needing this. Its difficult enough to grow older without being made to be confused about health plans as well. Thank God for Mr. Molano!

Lisa Petrie This Insurance is the BIGGEST RIP OFF! They fee you to death! Conveniently the website is always unable to take payments but they charge you to call and make a payment! The staff is rude and I would never recommend them even to my worst enemy! What a JOKE!!!
