Hylie Thompson I work with Doug Rowley and his team for my personal and business vehicle insurance. The team is so responsive, respectful and kind. They make arduous tasks as easy as they can for a non-insurance pro like me to navigate and complete. I appreciate their professionalism and ability to answer all of my questions!

candymanfb Tom Waddell has been our Agent for over 15 years and weve been with State Farm for about 25 years. I havent needed to contact the office much in that time but today Im disappointed to call this office my agent. I asked Lauren a simple question about a vehicle but I got an unhelpful response. Lauren told me I need the VIN and other vehicle specifics. When I told her that doesnt make sense she transferred me to Jackie. Jackie provided me with the information I wanted without any hassles after finding my profile. PLEASE NOTE THAT JACKIE DID NOT NEED THE VIN TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE INFORMATION I REQUESTED. The problem is seems to be that people dont listen or sometimes thinks about what you are saying. I told Lauren that Tom Waddell is my agent at the beginning of the conversation, but I got a response that wasnt genuine or thought through. The low rating is due to the customer service of Lauren. People need to provide better customer service or dont they shouldnt complain when a robot takes over their job!

Sonal Patel I just became Chris Hurs client though I have been with State Farm for 30 yrs. I never have expected hands on service with State Farm since I rarely needed to speak with my previous agent but I am pleasantly surprised at the quick responsiveness of Chris and his ability to work with tech to communicate. He handles my requests quickly and to the "T" even when made through email. So far I am very happy client of Chris. I highly recommend him for your insurance needs.

Melissa Aguayo I had the honor of having Judith assist me with a new policy. Let me say she’s very nice professional and VERY patient! I had her waiting multiple times and she even explained to my husband over a 3 way phone call the details of the policy. She ran numbers multiple times. She did all of that without a single issue/complaint. Honestly the best experience I’ve had! Keep up the great Job.
