Rumeal Joshua Asa gave me a quote today for an SR 22. I told her upfront i didnt have the money today but i will and she explained the procedures and the importance of getting this done. She explained it to me better than the courts did. Safe to say i will be getting this taken care of bright and early tomorrow morning. She wasnt pushy but she was firm with explaining the urgency. I appreciate her so much.

Mark Cheong Michelle is the best!! Extremely helpful with excellent customer service. I initially had an issue because the rep I created a policy with (later ended up relocating to another branch) accidentally gave me a 6 month policy rather than the year I wanted. When I called them Michelle totally understood w no fuss and gave me the year policy on the spot over the phone. Sometimes with these insurance companies it’s hard to get great service without your pockets getting a bit lighter but she hooked it up w ease!! Five stars. Boom.
