adan I was shopping around for a building policy seems impossible now to get coverage for your apartment. I asked around and I was referred to Marilynn . She was able to lock me in with farmers for my apartments. I really appreciate the comprehensive time and advice she gave me about open exposures. She went to the site and told me what looks like a potential hazard something other agents I’ve worked in the past have never done. I took the time to read her reviews before I called her I was hesitant as I saw people were paying more and still went with it. Well I can’t say I saved I had better options lines up in terms of price but I appreciate how informative and experienced she is. I feel peace something I assumed I had with my past carriers only to know they sold me based on my need to save me obviously that’s was not smart as I assumed I had great coverage. Nevertheless I learned insurance is something that should be considered carefully. With everyone happy to call a lawyer I need to ensure if that crosses I am protected. Mike Cap I was a 21st century customer from 1982 to 2003. About then Century decided to not renew any homeowners policy in the state of California. Son switched to Mercury for both. I have had to use my auto insurance a few times and even though the rates increased each time for a while I always was getting th best rates as I shop the rates every year. the service is of high quality especially with Ken Donaldsons employees. always helpful and kind. Especially Anita.,
