I had AAA, which I was paying more with less coverage, and my agent didnt even call me on renewals to ask if I was satisfied. With this agency I get a call on my renewals to make sure I have the right coverages, or any life changes. I even received a birthday card. I love an agency that makes me feel like Im not forgotten or just another number. Pa and her staff are amazing, and are always friendly and welcoming. She saved me over 30+ dollars on my insurance policy and, not only that, Pa Vang Farmers Insurance provided me with MORE coverage than I was receiving with Nationwide (too costly and not enough coverage). I love Farmers discount options and how genuine Pa answers all my questions.
