I made a quote online , i had an accident few months back , I stated that online when I was doing the quote. Wish car accident couldn’t be avoided.
They made an offer for $250 monthly, which I paid to get in, and payed two months the same amount.
At the third month they charge me , Almost $500 !
Because they said that they found out I was on fault at the accident , which I did stated that. By the way I had AAA when the accident happened , not even happened with State Farm.
They said my insurance got to $400 monthly plus $96 from the past months I had already paid !!!
ALSO. Like by the month or 3 weeks a lady called me asking me questions about my husband.
Like if he had a license or if he drove my car. I said NO. And I asked if there was a change in my policy or if something change. They said NO. Everything is the same. A month passes and I get charge a lot MORE. The said they send me a mail to my address about the change , and the "reasons". Which I never reserved or saw. Not even a phone called or email!! They called me about my husband driving the car , I asked if everything was ok! And now they want to charge $400 plus the months I paid already! They gave me a quote, I paid the amount on time for 2 months. And I called and they told me they couldnt reimburse me that money ! Even if I cancel GEICO got me a better deal knowing my accident, and how much the accident cost me , etc $196 a month. They run my driving record right away. They did the research before giving me the quote and they assure no more changes. State Farm didnt do their job on the moment, lied to me , charge me a whole lot more , and wanted me to pay extra for months I had already pay. All because they didnt do their job. And their excuse was "oh we did notify you , by mail". You have my phone number , and my email .
They got my personal account on negatives all weekend . And told me to wait 3 days to see if theyll pay me back or not. They called me saying they will not pay you back , and you can cancel if you want.
