From the start she was professional, friendly, courteous, caring, and very attentive to my every need. She listened with a compassionate heart as my previous insurance company led me down a bad path, so needless to say, I had a bad taste in my mouth. Nicole was extremely understanding and wanted to make my new experience as pleasant as possible and direct me down the right path to where and what it was I was looking for and needed. She did just that! She was always available for my calls and returned each one promptly. I highly recommend using this company for your health insurance needs. 1 /5 Dave Herson: It was terrible. Nationwide canceled our home owners insurance and Inszone failed to notify us. That was a year ago yet we still get emails from them on a regular basis asking how they are doing. Not good at all and recommend you avoid them.
